P.001
MRV and impact measurement, Fondo Verde Catalítico
Client
Design and execution of an MRV system, establishment of socio-environmental targets and support in the creation of portfolios of decarbonization interventions and supply chains in the Amazon basin. We accompany diverse actors in measuring their results and reporting to donors.
P.002
Territorial bioeconomy
Client
We analyze the bioeconomic potential of territories with high ecological richness and complex socioeconomic challenges. In La Guajira, we supported a private nature reserve in designing its management structure to access payments for environmental services and integrate local networks. In Córdoba, we developed a medium and long-term territorial analysis following the 2026 floods. In both cases, we combined environmental valuation, territorial aptitude analysis and local context to translate natural capital into concrete opportunities.
P.003
GhG emissions reduction for ITG
Client
We expanded and strengthened the GhG protocol and designed a multivariable model to select effective Greenhouse Gas reduction pathways tailored to the organization. Our method has received Microsoft approval for 5 consecutive years.
P.004
Amazon decarbonization ecosystem analysis

Quantitative analysis of the ESO ecosystem (entrepreneurship support organization) across Latin America and the Caribbean. We structured the data and implemented data science methodologies to deliver strategic and directional insights on the ecosystem, in an interactive dashboard and a publication-ready editorial report.
